What is your subscription service?

We give 10% off your order when you set up a subscription, meaning you never need to run out of your favourite products. They'll automatically be delivered to you at a frequency of your choosing, without you having to remember to reorder. It's a way to save you money, as a thank you for restocking with us.

How often will my products be sent?

That's totally up to you! You can choose every 1 to 6 months. So if you discover you're having your products delivered more often than you need, you can just edit the subscription and choose to have your order sent less frequently.

How do I set up a subscription?

Next to each product on our website, it gives two options with different prices. The first option is the one off price. The second option says 'Subscribe to save' and gives you the price with 10% discount.

Once you click on that option, a drop down menu will open, with an option to select the frequency of your delivery.

Select your frequency, and press 'add to cart'. From here you can check out as normal, and await a confirmation of your subscription by email.

How do I manage my subscription?

At the top right corner of our website, you'll see a little person icon. That's where you can log in to your account. Once you're logged in, you'll see your subscriptions and it will give you the option to manage them there.

Will I receive any reminders?

Yes, you'll receive an email 5 days before your order is due to be processed. This will give you the opportunity to make any last minute changes. Changes can be made right up until the day before your order is processed. It cannot be edited on the same day it is processed.

When will I be charged?

Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis, which will be at your selected interval, from the original order date. For example, if you place an order on the 2nd of the month and select to have those products delivered every month, your subscription will renew every month on the 2nd of the month. On this date, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees, until you cancel your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes, you can pause, cancel or change the frequency of your subscription at any time, up until the day before your next order.
