Does it cost anything to join?

Absolutely not!

We want to show our appreciation for your support, by gifting you free products and discounts. No catches.

How do I join?

Just head over to our Loyalty Club page and click on 'Join Now' to create your account.

Once you've created your account, this will be the same place you can then log in from.

How do I earn points?

There are many different ways to earn points; from leaving a review, to following us on social media, and collecting points when you place orders.

The more points you collect, the more perks you'll receive.

How can I check how many points I've got?

Just head over to our Loyalty Club page and log in to your account to view your points. You'll also receive a reminder from time to time at the bottom of our newsletters to let you know your points balance.

Do my points expire?

Yes. All points will expire one year after they were earned. So make sure you don't forget to swap them for free products and discounts!

We'll send an email reminder when you're getting close to your points expiry date, to help make sure you don't miss out.

What are the different tiers?

We have a tier system to recognise our most loyal customers.

In a nutshell, the more points you collect, the more perks on offer!

Everybody who joins the Loyalty Club starts as a Blue member.

Collect your first 200 points to reach our Silver tier, where you'll receive extra points per £1 spent and get access to exclusive offers.

Once you collect 400 points, you'll be part of our Gold tier, where you'll receive even more perks, such as FREE delivery!

Your tier is determined by how many points you've earned rather than your current points balance. This means you can spend your points as you go, knowing they'll still count towards your total points earned, helping you work towards our Silver and Gold tiers.

How do I maintain the tier I've reached?

Once you've reached Silver and Gold tiers, you need to maintain your status. For Silver you need to collect 200 points within the next 12 month period after joining Silver. For Gold this is 400 points in the next 12 month period after joining Gold.

If you collect fewer points than the tier requires in order to maintain your benefits, you'll automatically re-join the tier below until you collect enough points to re-join the next tier up.

Are there minimum spends required in order to redeem my points?

Yes. If you choose to swap your points for a free product, you'll need to have at least one other product in the basket, in order to claim your free one.

If you select to swap your points for a money-off voucher, you can spend your £5 voucher without a minimum order spend. If you select a £10 voucher, there's a minimum spend of £35 required, and for a £20 voucher it's a £45 minimum spend.

I've only just joined the Loyalty Club, why do I have so many points?

We've been secretly collecting your points for you behind the scenes, based on the orders you've placed since we launched our Loyalty Club!

Now you've joined the club, you can benefit from all those points you were collecting without even knowing it!

When I redeem a money-off voucher, do I receive points?

When redeeming a money-off voucher, you'll receive points for the amount spent after the voucher has been applied.
