General Competition & Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of all competitions and giveaways is Active Silver, Silver Health Ltd (company number 09756623), Unit 10b Sheeplands Farm, Twyford Road, Wargrave, Berkshire, England, RG10 8DL (“the Promoter”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By entering any competition or giveaway run by the Promoter, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published.

3. Eligibility

  • Competitions and giveaways are open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.

  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and eligibility.

4. Entry

  • Entry methods, closing dates and any specific requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion.

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late or do not comply with these Terms may be disqualified.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not successfully received due to technical issues or network failures.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated or submitted using improper means.

5. General Conditions

  • Only one entry per person, one prize per entrant and one prize per household may be permitted, unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.

  • The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend any competition or giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final, subject to applicable law.


6. Prizes

  • Prize details will be described in the relevant promotion.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available unless expressly stated.

  • Prizes are provided for personal, private use only and must not be resold.

  • If a prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected fairly and in accordance with the entry criteria stated in the promotion (for example, random draw or judged selection).

  • Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry within a reasonable period after the closing date.

  • Winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the promotion.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

  • Delivery timescales for prizes will be communicated where relevant.

  • Winners’ names will be made available on request where legally required.

8. Social Media Platforms

Where a promotion is run via a third-party platform (including but not limited to Instagram or Facebook), it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform.

By entering, participants release the relevant platform from any responsibility.

Social media handles may be used solely for administering the promotion and contacting winners.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • The Promoter will use personal data supplied by entrants solely for administering promotions, contacting winners and delivering prizes.

  • Marketing consent is optional and not a condition of entry.

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be retained only for as long as necessary, and no longer than six months after the promotion closes.



10. Publicity

  • Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.

  • By accepting a prize, winners agree that their name and social media handle may be used for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise.

  • Any content voluntarily shared by a winner in connection with a prize may be reused by the Promoter for promotional purposes.

11. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in a promotion or acceptance of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

  • Entrants are responsible for any costs incurred in accessing or entering a promotion, including internet or data charges.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
