Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with any Silver Health Limited product, you may be entitled to a full refund, as long as you notify us within 7 days, and can return the product within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date.

To return a product:

You must confirm your intent to do so by emailing us at within 7 days of receipt of the product, and return the product to us unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date.

All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage. We are not able to process refunds if the return doesn’t arrive with us and proof of postage is not provided.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way back to us. We aim to accept all returns. All goods will be inspected on return.


Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive your returned product, for the refund to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.

We will refund the initial shipping cost of your order when we refund your product cost, but we do not cover the cost of sending your return order back to us.

We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees.

In addition to these statutory rights, we will also credit you with the full cost of a product if, on trying it for the first time you find it is not suitable for you, provided you have purchased the smallest size available and you let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing us.

In the unlikely event that any goods arrive with you damaged or opened, please let us know and we will replace your order.
