We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to implement our marketing strategy, execute campaigns, and manage our online presence. This role requires someone who thrives on doing the work while still contributing fresh ideas and creative approaches to drive growth.

 

Your role includes:

  • Taking the strategic lead provided by our external marketing consultant and delivering it day-to-day across all marketing channels.

  • Creating and managing campaigns, content, and email strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
    •
  • Monitoring results, identifying trends, and reporting performance to senior leadership.
    •
  • Managing website content and performance, ensuring an excellent user experience and optimised conversions.
    •
  • Building relationships and managing external contractors, including a marketing exec.
    •
  • Proactively testing and exploring new platforms, tools, or strategies to enhance our current marketing activity.
    •
  • Overseeing customer retention tools, loyalty programmes, and review platforms.

    Key responsibilities:

    · Marketing Implementation: Execute the overall marketing strategy with creativity and precision across email, social media, and paid channels.

    · Content Creation & Social Media: Develop engaging campaigns, manage day-to-day social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), and explore influencer opportunities.

    · Email Marketing: Manage all email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo to engage, segment, and retain customers.

    · Website Management: Oversee content updates, SEO optimisation, and performance tracking on Shopify.

    · Customer Engagement: Manage community interactions, online customer service, and loyalty programmes (Yotpo).

    · Performance Monitoring: Track campaign results, analyse data, and adapt activity to maximise ROI.

    · Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build partnerships or collaborations with like-minded brands, influencers, or platforms to expand brand reach and engagement.

     

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing ecommerce marketing with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and Yotpo.
    •
  • A hands-on, proactive problem-solver who thrives on executing marketing plans and seeing the results.
    •
  • A creative mindset with experience in content creation (Photoshop/Canva essential).
    •
  • Analytical skills to monitor performance and continuously improve results.
    •
  • Excellent communication and strong copywriting skills with SEO knowledge.
    •
  • Tech-savvy and up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
    •
  • A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and adapt to the fast-paced demands of a small business.

    Location: Based at our Wargrave, Berkshire office.

    Hours: Minimum 20 hours/week (negotiable).

    Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and hours.
