Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions of our agreement apply to all purchases of products by you from Silver Health Limited Ltd via this website, www.active-silver.co.uk and you should read them carefully. Terms may alter if necessary and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Order

You can order products via www.active-silver.co.uk by completing the details required on the order page and clicking the confirm order button. All prices are reflected in £UK Sterling and include VAT, providing delivery is to a location in the UK. Orders for delivery outside the UK will be subject to an international postage and packing charge.

We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available. The order reflects pricing at the time of purchase the payment of which, via your credit card/debit card, will be approved by your credit card/debit card company.

Acceptance of order

We will notify you by email shortly after your order has been accepted. The completion of the contract between you and Silver Health Limited will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless you are notified that we do not accept your order.

It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address in order that we are able to contact you and so that we are able to accept your order and confirm dispatch.

If your order is not accepted for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), your order will be cancelled and we will email you to advise you of the changes. You will then need to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards or PayPal are acceptable as payment for orders via this site.

Any product displayed at a special promotional price on the website will have the offer closing date clearly stated. The closing date must be taken as finite and will be valid for all order placements accepted prior to midnight on the offer closing date displayed. Silver Health Limited has the right to shorten or extend the offer without prior notification.

Payment

We will charge you for payment at the time that the order placed /dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link.

As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know by email. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by a credit via the method in which you originally paid for the products (credit card/ debit card or PayPal account).

Delivery of Orders

We make every effort to dispatch within two working days of order placement. However, unless we state otherwise, i.e. the product is out of stock, we ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance, subject to conditions outside of our control, in the UK.

Orders delivered outside of the UK will be delivered as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee a specific time, due to external regulations and procedures of non UK authorities.

The dispatch weight of the order will dictate the method of delivery.

Parcels over 2.0kg will be delivered by courier service and will require a signature upon receipt.

This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside of the UK. Courier deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.

If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored.

All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately.

Returns and Refunds

To return a product you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date.

To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the our website are up-to-date and accurate, but we are continually working to improve our website and products and so specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site.

We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in graphics, colour, or pot size should be expected.

All measurements and weights are approximate.

Emails

All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address so that we can accept your order.

You must also ensure that if this address changes between submitting your order and delivery of the products by us to you, you advise us of the new address.

We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.

General

We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, industrial action, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion. Our agreement will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by English Courts.
